FAQs

Can I choose the flowers in my bouquet?

1

Because we grow seasonally and harvest at peak freshness, we cannot guarantee specific flower varieties in standard bouquets. However, we are always happy to accommodate preferences when possible.

If there is a particular flower or color palette you love, please reach out before placing your order and we will do our best to create something beautifully tailored for you.

I’m a florist in the area. Can I purchase flowers from you?

2

Absolutely. We love partnering with florists in Rockingham and Augusta County who value fresh, locally grown blooms.

Please email us at kalinkaflowerfarm@gmail.com to inquire about current availability, wholesale options, and how we can best serve your business.

Do you provide flowers for events?

3

Yes. We do host bouquet building workshops at the farm. We also offer thoughtfully grown flowers for special occasions.

Whether you are looking for bulk buckets of blooms or a more customized floral approach, we would love to discuss your vision and availability. Please contact us for details.

How should I care for my flowers?

6

We harvest our flowers fresh and condition them carefully so they last as long as possible in your home. To extend the life of your bouquet:

  • Trim stems at an angle before placing them in water

  • Use a clean vase with fresh, cool water. Change water every 2-3 days

  • Remove any foliage that would sit below the water line

  • Keep arrangements out of direct sunlight and away from heat vents

With proper care, most of our bouquets last 5-7 days or longer, depending on the varieties
