At Kalinka Flower Farm, each bouquet is thoughtfully designed using our own farm grown seasonal blooms and prepared fresh for your selected pickup date.

Pickup Windows

Bouquets are available for pickup on Saturday mornings

Arrive within the Saturday pickup window to ensure freshness and quality of your arrangement.

Order Deadline

Orders must be placed by 6 PM the Friday before your Saturday pickup date. Orders placed after the cutoff time will automatically be moved to the next available Saturday.

This policy ensures we have sufficient time to harvest and prepare each bouquet fresh for your pickup day.

Missed Pickups

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, missed pickups are non-refundable.

If you anticipate being unable to make the Saturday pickup time, please contact us as soon as possible at Kalinkaandco@gmail.com. While we will do our best to accommodate when possible, refunds or alternate arrangements are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

Deliveries

Delivery is only offered for our bouquet subscriptions. You choose your delivery option before checking out (wrapped delivery or vase delivery).

We only deliver within a 15 mile radius of Grottoes, VA. Deliveries are on Mondays.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We are happy to accommodate order changes or cancellations prior to the 6:00 PM cutoff time. After this time, bouquets are harvested and prepared, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Floral Care and Quality

If you have a concern regarding the quality of your bouquet, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup. We want you to love your flowers and will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
