Welcome to Kalinka Flower Farm. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • Products

Kalinka Flower Farm offers seasonal, farm-grown floral arrangements. Because our flowers are grown and harvested according to the season, exact flower varieties and compositions may vary while maintaining the overall style and quality described for each bouquet.

All bouquets are designer’s choice unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders and Pickup

All orders must be placed in advance through our website

Orders must be submitted by 6 PM the Friday before your Saturday pickup day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will automatically be moved to the next Saturday.

Pickup windows are

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM

Customers are responsible for arriving during their selected pickup window.

  • Missed Pickups

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, missed pickups are non-refundable.

If you are unable to make your scheduled pickup time, please contact us as soon as possible at Kalinkaandco@gmail.com. Alternate arrangements or refunds may be offered at our discretion, but are not guaranteed.

  • Cancellations and Changes

Order changes or cancellations must be requested before the 6:00 PM cutoff time the evening prior to pickup. After the cutoff, orders are considered final.

  • Refunds

Because flowers are perishable and prepared specifically for each pickup date, refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

If there is a concern regarding quality, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.

  • Limitation of Liability

Kalinka Flower Farm is not responsible for flowers that are damaged after pickup, improperly stored, or left outside beyond the designated pickup window.

  • Website Use

By using the website, you agree not to misuse the content, images, or branding of Kalinka Flower Farm.

  • Property Access and Safety

Kalinka Flower Farm is a private working farm. Pickup is limited to the designated pickup area during scheduled pickup windows only. For safety and privacy reasons, property access and tours are not permitted unless arranged in advance. Visitors assume reponsibilty for their safety while on the premises.
